His journey continued as he stepped into the role of CEO of KW Chicago Lincoln Park, where he led the consolidation of three locations into one unified company—Keller Williams ONEChicago. That experience reinforced his belief in the power of culture, collaboration, and smart business strategies. His peers then asked him to take on the role of President, where he now focuses on building the most agent-productive company in the nation while fostering a strong, values-driven organization.

As the co-CEO of Livian Chicagoland, Joe actively contributes to strategic initiatives that
promote agent success, including innovative training programs, cutting-edge technology, and
exceptional customer service.
His background in business and administration, coupled with his experience as a collegiate
athlete at The University of St. Thomas, equips him with a unique perspective on teamwork and

A devoted family man, Joe has been happily married to his wife, Sarah, for over 20 years, and
they have three wonderful children: Joey, Clara, and Lily. Together, they prioritize education and

taking long bike rides, hiking, attending concerts with friends, and going on family vacations,
