Maritza Ramos began her real estate journey in 2003 with Keller Williams Realty in Orlando, FL, while earning her degree in Business Management. Her career advanced in 2008 when she played a key role in launching the Orlando Lake Nona office as a Market Center Administrator. In 2015, she expanded her impact by joining Keller Williams Realty International, where she supported Market Center Administrators nationwide. In 2022, Maritza took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at KW ONEChicago, where she embraces the opportunities ahead with enthusiasm.

Maritza currently resides in North Carolina with her husband of 16 years, their two children, and their beloved furbaby. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new experiences.
